The Truth! This Is Final!

I am going to make this the last time I post on this issue because it’s dragging on too long and I don’t have time to be fucking about with little kids posting ridiculous petitions on the Internet to get me kicked off the staff on FreeWebSpace. On that note, If I get demodded on FWS it will be because I asked to be. If people do not like that fact that I do what moderators are meant to do on FWS then just stay out of my path, That simple. That stupid and funny petition put up by a so-called adult called Richard Anderson, is nothing but a childish act that will have no impact. I can tell you that now. Like, who was the one who got banned today from FWS because of the link being in their signature? Work it out. You are wasting your time Anderson and also the time of your go-fors .Adam and CS-Skylar.

Now, to the point of the situation with Richard Anderson and CompleteVPS - - -

Yes, Richard was a 50% partner and yes, he did put some finances into it. How much exactly, I do not know because he never told me what he was paying for or when. In fact, Richard, who set up the nodes etc for CVPS, never even told me what was set up. I had to get that information from Patrick.

When I decided to “Get Rid” of Richard, or, in fact, demolish our partnership, it was because Richard was never there to take care of issues. It was me and Yun all the way with the odd appearence from Richard maybe once or twice a month, because he was away working in Germany etc, or so he says.

When Richard was online, I would contact him via PM on FWS, which he would be actively browsing, and also via SMS to his phone and e-mail. I would get no responses. Therefore, I decided that the partnership was not working.

When Richard contacted me demanding $400, I never declined to give it to him, nor did I deny he was owed money. All I asked for was screenshots and Invoices to show me exactly what he spent on CVPS and that was I would know exactly what to send to his PayPal account. I was ready to send it that day but Richard never sent me any screenshots or Invoices. He said “How can I access invoices when you have me locked out of WHMCS?” but like, come on now. If you spent money on cPanel Licenses, for example, the invoices will not be posted on WHMCS at CompleteVPS, will it? So, that’s why he never got paid. Like, who in their right mind is going to dish money out without knowing what they are paying for?

Regarding the website, I never ASKED Richard to design the site for CompleteVPS or in no way did I agree any payment for such. Richard offered to design the site because he didn’t want to use Joomla!. I thought that was a fair excuse and told him to go ahead. Now, I agree, the design was awesome. But it was not my issue to pay for it as I had never ASKED for it, or ORDERED it. Nor did I agree on a price for it. I removed the site at the time because I was sick of Richard bitching about it and due to the fact he asked me to remove it or pay him for it. I chose at that time to remove it.

Since these issues started, the client base on CompleteVPS has dropped rapidly simply due to the fact that Richard had contacted them and encouraged them over to Crissic-Solutions, which is owned by Skylar, a 15-year-old school kid, who recently hired Richard. Richard, Skylar and another kid called Adam, has teamed up recently to have me kicked off the Mod team on FreeWebSpace.Net. However, their attemps are failing, as was stated in private by Peo, the owner of FWS, “You will not be demodded”.

This bullshit has gone on too long and it’s becoming unfunny at this stage. I think the best thing for Richard to do is give up and get on with things.

Posting bullshit to turn people against DeiseHost will not work. DeiseHost has been a proven successful service since 2006. I doubt people are going to listen to Richard’s begrudging lies about it.

I will also finish by saying that further accusations by Richard that I am a thief, scammer etc, will result in legal action from here on.
