As Joomla! is the Number 1 CMS on the Net and is used by millions of online marketers and webmasters for a wide range of projects, including online shopping, I see it only fitting to have an extension that will expand your Joomla 1.5.x driven website into a complete online shop. This is why I will be releasing “com_dantocart”. This is a complete e-commerse solution based on DantoCart specifically for use within a Joomla 1.5.x website. It will install via the Joomla administrator backend as a Component and integrate with your Joomla website and design.

DantoBB, the Powerful Open Source PHP Message Forum software is currently almost near completion in redevelopment and should be ready to roll in a week or so.

Based on the popular MyBB Framework, the new DantoBB, which will be released as version 1.0 RC1, will be packed to the rafters with cool and exciting features.

DantoBB, as you may remember me posting about before, is a project that came into my head about 6 or more months ago after a mess about in PhotoShop.
I have searched for opensource code for bulletin board software and have found a few abandoned scripts, which I have combined together to create DantoBB!

DantoBB.Com

DantoBB is an open source PHP/MySQL driven forum software released under the GNU/GPL License.
You are free to use, modify and distribute this software under the terms of the license. A copy can be found in the download.

DantoBB is ideal for small to medium sized websites and communities. It doesn’t have the many amazing features that other forum softwares do have. However, there are some plans to add some cool features in version 1.5 later in the year.

Currently running on version 1.0.1, which was released on April 10th, 2009 and addressed some minor bugs, security issues and also introduced some visual differences from 1.0.0, DantoBB is set to dominate online community development.

DantoBB was created by the Danto Development project, which aims to create many different PHP scripts and release them as Open Source projects.
